You may call me Aaron White, but I prefer to be X. I call me self Aaron because it’s a male and females’ name. And I am neither. I am nothing. Or maybe not.
Wanna know why?
Cuz I’m a figment of me own imagination, So that makes me X. Who am I?
I’m a gamer. And I welcome the brave to play my Game. To enter my enigmatic world. The place of the Unknown.
Why?
Cuz folks fear the Unknown, things they understand not.
Do you like to face your fear?

I write that it is night. My room is dark. I need not the light. Oblivion provides a better scope for me imagination. I need not grammar either; I create the rules. What I write, it’s what it is. My fingers attack the key board, and a story forms. Its origin of eons of old.
I write, as I stare ... and the wall stares back at me— and I wonder why.
I hear me own breath chugging, as my mind wanders to places of secret. Deep, dark, unknown places. Hmmm...
I type... and words come alive. OOOO.
Clock strikes one.
The door behind me creaks open, its metal hinges screaming in agony. Three dark shadows enter into my abode.
Right on time.
I sit back in my chair and count to three inside my head. One. Two. Three. Bingo.
“Hello?”
Fear. I can smell it on the boy’s lips. I smile. Perfect. He was afraid of the unknown, but what the boy didn’t know was that he was more terrified of the unknown about himself. The secrets of the soul. They all were. And I was more than willing to help them out.
“Is anyone here?” The second kid asked. My fingernails tap against the table in response, echoing a rhythmic beat.
“X?” the first kid speaks up, “We know that you’re here. Listen, I don’t know what you want with us, but we’re sick with this game. We want out!” He was shouting now. Out of all three, I like this kid best. He had spunk, --- no, courage.
I stand to my full height and face them, still concealed in the darkness.
“Escape is not an option.” My voice sounds deeply dark. Dangerous. I step out of the shadows and smile. The door behind them slams shut, leaving behind pitch blackness. I can see all three jump, and one screams out. I laugh. I can’t help myself.
Courageous kid turns back around to face me, his voice shaken.
“What do you want?”
“What do I want? I thought I made that quite crystal. I want to reveal to you truth.”
“Truth?” I advance closer to him, and lower my voice.
“The truth of who you really are,” I whisper.
